Short description
Choricero peppers, also called Logroño peppers or crystal peppers, are widely used in the North of Spain, being one of the ingredients of such famous dishes as Biscay-style cod, marmitako (a fish stew) or Rioja-style potatoes. Before using them, they should be put in hot water to hydrate them, extracting with a knife the pulp of the same, which is known as "pepper meat". We can offer you the peppers in packs of three units or in strings. We also have in this same section the meat of the choricero pepper preserved and ready for use.
