This is a seasoning used for smoking sausages and other dishes. We recommend using it in moderation since it is a very intense condiment; in fact the aroma of smoke is immediately noticed. Many of our customers buy it to smoke fresh salmon themselves.

 Ingredients and dosage: The ingredients are salt, flavors and flavor enhancer E-621. We recommend using about 2 grams per Kg of meat.
